All crochet items are handmade by yours truly! Slight variations in size, color, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Because this is a PDF instruction that is automatically delivered, returns are not accepted once the pattern has been sent to your e-mail.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for all handmade products and patterns unless the wrong product was sent.
If your order arrived incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will be happy to help!
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or revised within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in progress and cannot be changed.
