Handmade Products
All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, or appearance. This is not considered a defect.
Orders and Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship items take approximately 1-3 business days. Custom orders may require additional time, as they are made-to-order, and can vary between 1-3 weeks.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Custom Orders
- Custom requests must be clearly written in the customization box upon adding to cart.
- You have up to 24 hours after purchase to make revisions to a custom request. Custom orders cannot be changed once production begins.
- All custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD.
- We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (depending on availability).
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- A completed order indicates your agreement to the price at checkout.
Shipping
- We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses.
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Hoolia’s Crochet is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent.
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order unless work has already begun.
- If the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the issue and make it right.
