Processing Times
Handmade products:
- Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order/custom items: 1-3 weeks, depending on size and design
- Processing time does not include shipping time.
Crochet patterns:
- PDF patterns are processed and sent immediately to your e-mail.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Once an item is shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
